Literally HATE the advertisements across the screen! Leaves little or no room to type or read others typing. If you going to GIVE us something, give it to us with any "hitch" .... Or "catch"---- Unbelievable!!!!!

Better than yahoo because is alive. Limited in features.

It saved my ability to use yahoo messenger on mobile (just give back Yahoo!!!), but the "push" keeps expiring, and I dont even know what that means except I lose all previous conversation. Do I HAVE to upgrade to keep conversations??? I guess its better than nothing

Can you add wechat? Need more social to be added

I thought this app was going to be so great! I liked some of the features. I used it for a few hours and found that my messages were not going through and if they did, it was VERY slow. I used the Yahoo section. I uninstalled and went back to my Y! Messenger.

i love this app and would love to give this app 5 stars but unfortunately ive had some problems with it that i never had before the past couple updates. i only use it for instant messaging on aim (since aims app doesnt offer support for multiple screen names), so i cant testify to its performance for the other services, but my experience with the app since this most recent update has been so-so. the problems ive been experiencing are long connecting times, abrupt disconnects and prompts to reconnect, messages disappearing from your chat history when the app is closed or refreshed - just to name a few. something to keep in mind if youre looking to try this app. id love to see shape improve these bugs because the app is pretty nice aside from the issues with its functionality.

Not many problems with this : sometimes when its really busy online the messages get scrambled up and send at different times not making much sense of the conversation but for the most part its just as good as the original yahoo messenger

Works fine just takes forever to sign in thats the hassle

This app is very easy to use. Adds are not invasive.

Does the job for the most part. Its a little sluggish and seems a bit outdated, but it seems to work better and more reliable than others. I bet a good update and refresh could make it great. Ehh good for now. Would be nice to have Facebook most notably or just more options. Im sure they cant offer them due to the site itself allowing so but Im sure definitely more than offered, more options would be nice but connects to the one I purposely got it for so good for now. Not a bad app its a keeper for now at least.

Serves the need to be able to stay connected with friends. Very happy.

Overall, this app works great. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars, is not being able to send the BUZZ!! that is used in YAHOO Instant Messenger. This BUZZ!! allows the person receiving the message to receive a LOUD notification that They are trying to be reached... This is very essential for me, am keep hoping this app will include the BUZZ!! feature for YAHOO IM in the very near future!!! PLEASE ADD THE BUZZ!! FEATURE TO YAHOO IM and Ill instantly changetoo 5 stars

Only thing I have to complain about is sending messages to people not on your yahoo messenger list? I use it for yahoo since they stopped supporting it for iPhone. I have to add the person in order to send a message?

IM+ simply works.

Its a little dated like me... Gets the job done though.

Lets me stay in touch with my Yahoo friends on my iPad and iPhone since yahoo messenger No longer worked.
